Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Lovenvows ("we", "us", "our") and you ("Vendor", "you", "your").

This Agreement governs your use of the Lovenvows platform to list your services, connect with couples, and participate in referral programs. By creating a vendor account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

To register as a Vendor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Operate a legitimate wedding or event-related business
• Provide accurate and verifiable business information

Lovenvows reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications at its discretion.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business details (name, services, pricing, location, contact info)
• Maintain up-to-date and truthful information
• Ensure all uploaded content (images, descriptions) reflects your actual work

You may edit your profile, but major changes may be subject to review.

Once approved:

• Your profile will be visible on the Lovenvows platform
• Couples may discover and contact you directly
• Lovenvows does not guarantee leads, bookings, or revenue

We may feature, rank, or promote vendor listings at our discretion.

Lovenvows offers a referral program for vendors.

How it works:

• You receive a unique referral link/code
• You share it with couples or event planners
• You earn a commission when a referred user purchases a paid template

Commission Terms:

• Commission is only paid on successful paid purchases
• Free template users do not qualify for commission
• Commission rates may be updated at any time
• Payments are made within a defined payout cycle

Restrictions:

• No self-referrals
• No fraudulent activity or manipulation
• No misleading promotion of Lovenvows

Violation may result in:

• Loss of commissions
• Account suspension or termination

• Vendors are not paid for bookings through Lovenvows (unless stated otherwise in future features)
• All client payments for vendor services happen outside the platform (unless Lovenvows introduces vendor payments later)
• Vendors are responsible for their own pricing, contracts, and service delivery

Lovenvows acts only as a platform connecting vendors and couples.

• We are not a party to any agreement between you and clients
• You are solely responsible for:

• Service delivery
• Quality of work
• Contracts and agreements
• Handling disputes

You grant Lovenvows a non-exclusive license to:

• Display your business name, images, and content
• Promote your profile across marketing channels

You confirm that:

• You own or have rights to all content uploaded
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
• Harass or mislead users
• Attempt to bypass Lovenvows systems for unfair advantage

• Lovenvows may offer verification badges (e.g., “Verified Pro”)
• Verification will require a Registration documentation
• Lovenvows may revoke verification at any time

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Receive consistent negative reports from users

You may also close your account at any time.

Lovenvows provides the platform “as is”.

We do not guarantee:

• Leads or bookings
• Business growth
• Continuous platform availability

Lovenvows is not liable for:

• Disputes between vendors and clients
• Loss of business or revenue
• Miscommunication between users
• Third-party issues

You agree to indemnify and hold Lovenvows harmless from any claims arising from: your services, your business operations and your interactions with clients.

We may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
