This agreement is between you and Lovenvows (“Lovenvows”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs your use of our platform, including our website, web application, and all related services (the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing our Services, or interacting with Lovenvows in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. You confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Lovenvows.

This Agreement sets out the terms under which you may use Lovenvows. Lovenvows provides a digital platform that allows users to:

• Create wedding websites
• Manage guests and RSVPs
• Collect Asoebi payments
• Receive gifts and contributions
• Upload and share event content
• Discover and connect with wedding vendors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

To use Lovenvows, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your information up to date
• Notify us of any material changes

We may verify your identity and account details, and we reserve the right to approve (vendors), reject (vendors), or suspend accounts at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Lovenvows will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

Lovenvows is only available to users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

Vendors may create profiles and list their services on Lovenvows.

• Lovenvows does not guarantee bookings or outcomes
• We are not responsible for disputes between vendors and clients
• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles

• Lovenvows may offer referral programs for vendors
• Commission structures may change at any time
• Fraudulent or abusive activity may result in suspension or termination

You may upload and share content including photos, messages, and event details.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Lovenvows a license to use, display, and distribute it for platform functionality.

You must not upload:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that violates third-party rights

We aim to provide reliable access to Lovenvows but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance
• Update features
• Restrict access when necessary

Lovenvows integrates with third-party services such as payment providers. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party performance
• Delays or failures caused by these providers
• External links or services

All content, designs, and materials on Lovenvows are owned by or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
• Reverse engineer or misuse our software

Lovenvows is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be error-free
• That it will meet all user expectations
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovenvows shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Payment delays caused by third parties
• Vendor-related disputes
• Loss of data or business interruption

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lovenvows harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any disputes with third parties

You may stop using Lovenvows at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Lovenvows, you consent to the collection and processing of your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
